The plugins work without any external service. These optional features connect to third parties only when you turn them on or use them:

| IndexNow | URLs of published, updated or deleted posts, your host name and IndexNow key, to api.indexnow.org. Never from local or staging sites. |
| OpenStreetMap map | When you choose an embedded map, the visitor’s browser loads it from openstreetmap.org. The default link option loads nothing until clicked. |
| Google Search Console | Your Search Console data is requested from Google. The one-click connection passes sign-in tokens through WPInterface’s token service, which stores nothing. With your own Google Cloud project, the token service isn’t used. |
| AI Assist and Bulk AI | The post title, focus keywords and text (or the image, for alt text) go to the AI provider you set up, under that provider’s terms. Nothing goes to WPInterface. |
| Pro license and updates | License key, site URL, plugin version and WordPress/PHP versions, to wpinterface.com. |
| Pro link checker | When the Site Audit checks external links, each linked URL is requested. This can be turned off. |
The store locator’s Find the nearest uses the visitor’s location in their browser only.
