Every change to SEO fields (on posts, terms and users) and to plugin settings is logged with who made it and when.
- SEO → History lists all changes. Filter by posts, terms or settings.
- Restore old value puts the previous value back. Restoring is logged too, so it can be undone.
- In the editor, SEO → More → SEO history shows the changes for the current post. Restoring there puts the value back into the editor; save the post to keep it.
- Choose how long changes are kept (default one year).
