Link Report and auto-links

Updated

SEO → Links has three tabs.

For every page: how many pages link in, internal links out and external links. Filter by orphans (nothing links in), pages with no internal links out, or both. Click the links-in number to see which pages link there.

An interactive map of how your pages link to each other. Red dots are orphans, larger dots have more links in. Drag to move, scroll to zoom, and click a dot to edit the page.

Turn the first mention of a keyword into a link automatically.

  • Add keyword rules: comma-separated keywords and the page (or any URL) to link to, optionally nofollow or in a new tab.
  • Optionally link to posts by their focus keywords.
  • Choose the maximum number of links added to one post and which content types get them.
  • Preview shows which links the rules would add to a given page.

Headings, existing links, code and buttons are never touched. Links are added when the page is shown; your content isn’t changed.

Turn off on one post

To stop auto-links on one post, turn them off in the editor under SEO → More → Automatic links.
