Turn on the Client Reports module. SEO → Reports then emails an SEO report on a schedule. It also has a printable version.
- Schedule: weekly (pick the day) or monthly (pick the date), and up to ten recipients.
- Content: Google Search numbers (needs Search Console), site health (needs Site Audit), content published and updated, and new 404 errors.
- Branding: your logo, an accent color and an introduction.
- Preview the report on the page. Send test report emails it to you now.
- Open printable report gives a page for the last 7, 30 or 90 days. To make a PDF for a client, open it and choose Save as PDF in the browser’s print dialog.
Reports not arriving?
Reports are sent with your site’s own email setup, which often fails. Install an SMTP plugin.
