Every Paddle order has a Paddle box in its sidebar on the EDD order screen. It shows:
- The account type and mode, for example “Paddle Classic · Sandbox”.
- The Paddle transaction or order and the customer, linked to your Paddle dashboard. The transaction ID in Order Extras is linked too.
- Charged by Paddle: the total Paddle collected, including the tax it added, and your earnings after Paddle’s fee.
- View Paddle invoice/receipt.
- For pending Billing orders, a Check payment with Paddle button. It asks Paddle directly and completes the order if it was paid, which helps when a webhook was missed.
All Paddle events also appear in the order’s notes.
