You can run several EDD stores on one Paddle account.
Paddle sends every notification to every webhook on the account, so each order carries a store identifier and each store ignores payments that belong to another store.
One webhook per store
Set up each store with its own webhook. For Paddle Billing, click Set up webhook on each store.
