Enter your credentials in WooCommerce

Paste the key and token into the matching Live or Sandbox fields.

  1. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → Paddle.
  2. Set Paddle account type to Paddle Billing.
  3. Paste the key into Sandbox API key (or Live API key).
  4. Paste the token into Sandbox client-side token (or Live client-side token).
  5. Click Save changes.

Check the token prefix

A sandbox token must start with test_ and a live one with live_. With the wrong prefix, Paddle stays hidden at checkout.
