Paddle only opens its checkout on approved websites, and Paddle Billing needs a default payment link before it accepts any transaction.
- In Paddle go to Settings → Payments → Website approval (
/settings/website-approval), click Add domain and add your store’s domain. Live accounts are reviewed by Paddle. - Go to Checkout → Checkout configuration (
/checkout-settings), open Default payment link and enter your WooCommerce checkout page, for examplehttps://your-store.com/checkout/. Click Save.
“Checkouts are failing”
If either setting is missing, the plugin shows a “Checkouts are failing” warning in the admin that names the missing setting. It disappears after the next successful checkout. See Checkout problems.
