Every order has a Paddle box in its sidebar. For Paddle orders it shows:
- The account type and mode, for example “Paddle Billing · Sandbox”.
- The Paddle Transaction (Billing) or Paddle order (Classic), linked to your Paddle dashboard, and the Paddle Customer (linked on Billing).
- Paddle total: what Paddle charged, including any tax it added.
- Tax (Paddle): the tax Paddle collected.
- Your earnings: what you receive after Paddle’s fee.
- For unpaid Billing orders, a Check payment with Paddle button. It asks Paddle directly and marks the order paid if Paddle has the payment, which helps when a webhook was missed. Otherwise it says “Paddle has not received this payment yet.”
- A reminder of how Refund via Paddle and Refund manually differ.
On subscriptions
Subscriptions have a Paddle box too, with the account type and mode, the linked Paddle subscription, whether billing is paused in Paddle, or “Waiting for the first payment in Paddle.”
All Paddle events also appear in the order and subscription notes.
