Uninstall uninstall.php does nothing unless remove_data_on_uninstall is yes. Then it deletes the options above (except the updater cache), the user meta wpinterface_paddle_woo_dismissed (written by Lite), and every _transient_wpinterface_paddle_woo_* row. Orders, subscriptions and their meta are never touched.
